WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Shipping Fees
We offer shipping at the following rates:
Next Day (1-2 working days) = £5
Standard (3-5 working days) = £3
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At NEWDLEZ & Co., we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns

Return Period: You have 7 days from the date you receive your delivery to initiate a return.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned at your own cost in their original condition with the package unopened. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened.

Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for items returned in their original, unopened condition within the 7-day return period.

Faulty Products: If you receive a faulty product through no fault of your own, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to replace the affected item. In this case, the faulty product must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened Products: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, unless they are faulty.

Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our freeze-dried products, we cannot accept returns for perishable goods that have been opened or used.
